The Action Sports Arena is a HYBRID EVENTS and FUNCTIONS VENUE with a family environment appeal combined with corporate and sporting enthusiasts ideals. Its informal, but SMARTSENSE if you're into economical solutions.

1- PERIMETER FENCED INDUSTRIAL ZONE.

SECURE PARKING. Weekends are generally a less busy period with ample parking. Security Cameras monitor the general space. Security personnel monitor entrance to the zone.

2- It's zoning is still just 'the backroads' to Effingham, Greenwood Park, Durban North, Umhlanga and areas in close surrounds. Its a few minutes to freeways whether you're north or south of Durban.

3- The upper deck handles 60-120 gatherings with relative ease. The sporty bar area opens onto a spacious balcony area. For larger crowd events the lower strip area can be arranged to

accomodate more . This may be discussed depending on the type of proposed event.

4- Its imperative to check booking possibilities EARLY AS POSSIBLE to avoid disappointment, and also to

allow optimum scheduling in relation to daily sporting operations. Each function can have unique

considerations. We can meet onsite to discuss your event. Im even available on a weekend at times.

5- The facility sports showers/ toilets for men/women. A toilet for disabled persons is on the ground

level.
