RULES and GUIDELINES

The Action Cricket Arena is owned and managed by Kevin Norris.

Im Nev, and I'll be your event-co ordinator and DJ.

Decisions of the owner are final.

The arena is primarily a Sports & Social Venue. While all care is taken to ensure you have an issue-free function, kindly note:

1- No drugs or behaviour deemend unacceptable by the management will be tolerated.

2- Management reserves the right to restrict entry to the premises.

3- Management reserves the right to database patrons ID/Mobile/Car Reg numbers.

4- The 'contact person' . company or organization booking the venue will be held liable for any damages resulting from unruly conduct in any shape or form on the premises.

5- You may be required to present a guest list with ID number/Tel/Name of guests.

6- No sound equipment may be used without the sound tech present. Due to the nature of genres and styles, the audio may not be suitable. In this case you are welcome to hire your own sound setup or ask about it. I shall advise you accordingly. Sound reinforcement is available at additional cost.

7- No patrons or guests allowed near equipment or speakers with drinks. Kindly refrain from placing glasses on any speaker cabinets.

8- WARNING: Kindly ensure that no adults or children look directly into any laser lighting or flashing units. If you have any guests prone to seizures , kindly notify beforehand and arrangement can be made not to use. Management can under no circumstances be held responsible in any event.

9- WARNING: No adults, babies or children are to be nearer than 2m from main speakers .Leaning against equipment may result in ear damage.

10- The management reserves the right to charge a deposit. Non- refundable in the event of damages or part-refundable by assessment within 14 days.

These are the basics to note when booking any function. Any other T&C will be discussed depending on the nature of event. Kindly note the management is not responsible for any form of injury or claimed damages while engaging in any activity. Entrance and partaking in any activity is entirely at visitors/patrons/guests risk. Adherence to conduct protocols will ensure you do have a fun event.
